What is the Clicky Mail campaign process?
Firstly, we will schedule a time to discuss your template requirements via phone or email, this is so that we can capture a feel for your brand and correctly brief our design team. Approximately four working days later you will receive a visual of our design for your sign-off. Once approved, we then build the email in HTML code that takes a further three working days approximately. Once complete we create your account on our awesome web-based system and add the template ready for your first campaign. We will then contact you with your login details and then you are ready to go!
Do I design the template?
We will do this for you based on your brand guidelines. This is unless you have a design team in place. Once we have the design drafted up we obtain your approval before the template build is completed.
How long will my template take to design and build?
Once we have contacted you to discuss your design brief our team of professional designers will have your company template uploaded into your account within 7 working days.
Where do I write my content?
Once we have confirmed that your new template has been added to the system you will be assigned login details for your online account, where you manage the content of each email campaign.
Do you have stock templates to download?
We are so proud of our design process and the effectiveness of correct branding, that we do not offer stock templates. Why use a bland generic email? – your email is more than likely to find itself in your customer’s recycle bin.

Will I get any help to start sending emails?
We are 100% confident that you will find our system easy to use and we do also have support on call. However, if you are too busy to manage the campaigns we do also offer a managed scheme, see below.
What is the managed scheme?
This is where Clicky Mail will edit, manage and send your company campaign all for you. All you need to do is send us the text and/or imagery that you would like to use and your database then we will handle the rest!
Approximately 5 working days after the email has been sent we will send you a contact report of how successful your campaign was. There is a fee of £395 ex VAT per campaign to take advantage of this scheme.
What is the spam policy and what does it mean to me?
There are some explicit guidelines to email marketing, so to make sure you don’t get yourself or your company into trouble please read the guidelines here.
How do I collate and upload my customer database?
Our simple one-click function allows the upload your database in .txt or .csv formats, alternatively you could copy-and-paste the data directly into our system.
What support is available?
Should you encounter any problems, not that we think you will – we are available on email and phone during UK business hours.
How often should I send email campaigns?
This depends on the content and the relevancy of it to your subscribers. We believe you should communicate with your audience at least once a month but no more than 1-2 emails per week, otherwise it may be considered too intrusive. Remember that it only takes a subscriber one-click to unsubscribe and lose them from all future campaigns!
Do you sell customer email databases?
No, aside from being bad marketing practice, it is a form of spam as there was no opt-in to your company emails originally.
